JSOL recognizes that environmental problems are an important management issue and has drawn up an "Environmental Policy" intended to serve as a basic policy for all its activities, and is pursuing a program of environmental activities.
Basic Philosophy
JSOL Corporation recognizes that global environmental problems are an important issue that the Company has a duty to address. In addition to ensuring that the Company's business activities harmonize with the need to protect the global environment, all employees will seek to contribute, through those business activities, to the realization of a sustainable, environmentally friendly society.
Basic Policy
| 1. | In providing an integrated information service, covering every stage from IT consulting to strategic information system planning, design & development, maintenance, and operation, the Company will use its expertise, technology and human resources to pursue its business activities in a manner that takes account of their impact on the environment. |
| 2. | The Company will strive to save energy & resources, reduce waste, protect the global environment and prevent pollution. |
| 3. | With a view to putting the above policies into practice, the Company will set "environmental objectives" and "environmental targets". To achieve these "environmental objectives" and "environmental targets", the Company will establish and operate systems and procedures that it will review each year and continuously strive to improve. |
| 4. | In the pursuit of its business activities, the Company will comply with all laws, regulations, ordinances and treaties relating to environmental protection. |
| 5. | To ensure that its activities conform to the above Basic Philosophy, the Company will implement employee training and take steps to increase awareness of environmental issues. |
