Job description

Detailed job description As System Engineer, you will negotiate with customers and engage in design and development.

JSOL engages in businesses ranging from IT strategy planning to development and operation of systems, linking together the systems department, engineering (specialized) department, and IT consulting divisions in accordance with our customers' diverse needs.
We provide “IT solutions” that support operators in various fields ranging from general industries including manufacturing and logistics, the financial sector including insurance companies and regional banks; and the public sector which includes central government organizations, municipalities, and schools.

The work of a System Engineer also ranges widely from system consulting, proposals to development, and the operation and maintenance of systems.
There should be a field where you can make the most of your experience or you may desire to be engaged with in the future.

Qualified applicants

Academic background: High school graduate or higher
Experience working and developing using programing languages such as Java
* System Development Experience for clients in the financial, public service sectors or manufacturing industry is preferable.

Job offer: Planning in the administration division

Job description

You will be responsible for planning the financial affairs, general affairs, HR, and personnel development that support various business units in JSOL.

Main work

  • General Planning and Operational work of internal Head Office functions such as financial, general affairs and HR, and personnel development.

Qualified applicants

Academic background: High school graduate or higher

  • Three or more years experience in planning work of any of these fields, finance, general affairs, human resources, personnel development.

  • People with interpersonal and communication skills

Common guidelines

Working hours

Flextime system
(Note) Standard total work hours: 7 hours and 30 minute, standard working hours: 9:00 to 17:30

Training system

We provide training by class, technical training and business training to support not only employees’ technical improvement but also growth as a “person”.
In addition, we have a “cafeteria-style training system” in which employees can use a certain amount of points given to them to take internal and external training programs as they like. In this system, a wide range of training programs are offered including such as e-learning and information processing examination preparation, to fully support employees' self learning.
